LAND PRICES RISING FURTHER UPON AIRPORT OPENING

Due to the opening of Guajirú North International Airport, expected to become a fact somewhere during 2012, land prices at Ilha do Guajiru are again rising sharply further.

An increasing number of land sales has been recorded after the news came out, a new push to further developments!

But a logical consequence also in real estate: when infra-structure is being improved, prices of land and real estate are normally also rising!

Add to this, that land prices at Ilha do Guajiru are still today 3 to 6x cheaper then elsewhere at the coast line, like in Cumbuco and/or Jericoacoara, and you will also understand why there is even a lot more space for the values to lift during the next few years to come!

But also, the decision now of the State Government to built the new airport right here, is a enormous recognition by the state. They also see the potential of Ilha do Guajirú and therefore do a contribution…
