July 2010 - Record bookings & visitors 2010!

This year, 2010, Ilha do Guajirú’s 3rd season, the island is facing a record number of bookings.

Upto 35% more bookings! And average appr. 6 weeks earlier bookings on top!

A new record for our popular island…

While there is 4 more pousada’s opening this season:

• Windy Addiction House of Kite! Sept 2010!
• Guajirú Tented Kite Safari! oct 2010!
• Pousada the Secret Kite Paradise! mid 2011!
  

and the sleeping capacity at the island increasing with > 35% or a good 80 beds, obviously, this increased sleeping capacity is not enough to compensate the continuing growth if this trend now continues.

The island wonders: is it gonna happen again that various island visitors without reservation & booking come at good luck and even suggested to sleep and stay in the beach located beanbags like last year…?
