Building License issued for project WIND VILLAGE! - 3 appartments sold.

In mid April the building license for Praia da Barra’s newest condominium project  “WIND VILLAGE” - consisting of 4 beachfront apartments, with private parking, a pool, a garden and personal kite storage- has been issued to it’s constructor Jean Frota Empreendimentos ltda.

We understand from their spokesmen, Mr. Jean Frota, that constructions will start by mid May 2008.

Sales of these apartments also has been very successful: almost all of the apartments were sold upfront.

Due to these positive developments and the booming real estate developments on Ilha do Guajirú, Jean Frota forecasts to launch 2 more projects in the next months.
